Quotes provided by DFW Image Systems are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of all terms in the quote and these Terms of Service.
DFW Image Systems reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including if an error in pricing or product information occurred. In such cases, you will be notified promptly.

- Lease payments are governed by the applicable lease agreement

Manufacturer Warranty: New equipment sold by DFW Image Systems carries the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty claims are handled in coordination with the manufacturer per their policies.
Dealer Warranty: Where applicable, DFW Image Systems provides an additional limited warranty on labor and certified pre-owned equipment. Details are included in your purchase documentation.
Service Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, use of non-OEM supplies causing damage, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

Equipment returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Equipment must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply
